Team Leadership & Upskilling – Evaluate existing marketing talent, identify skill gaps and create a structure that enables agile, data-driven decision-making. Coach the incumbent team and recommend new roles (including, potentially, a permanent Marketing Director).
-
Execution Oversight – Prioritise and launch quick-win initiatives in demand generation, digital, content and communications while building foundations for long-term brand equity.
-
Stakeholder Management – Work closely with the CEO, Sales, Product and external investors to align marketing objectives with commercial goals and funding milestones.
-
Performance Analytics – Implement measurement frameworks and dashboards that track ROI and continuously refine activity based on data-led insights.
