Russam is the UK's longest established Interim Management provider and also a specialist in Executive Search. We have just become a B-Corp and pride ourselves on being the most approachable and values-driven provider in the market; we are family. Within our Group we have a few small businesses including Trustees Unlimited, Step-on-Board and we are part of a global interim management group called WIL Group.

Our wonderful finance manager is going off on maternity leave next month and we need part-time cover - ideally 2 days per week - for at least six months. 
Our finance assistant has now gone to full-time and is picking up some of the role but there are gaps around:

• Management Accounts
• Monthly checks and audits; oversight of the finance assistant 
• Managing cashflow
• Special projects and other ad hoc tasks e.g. payroll instructions and renewing of insurances

Ideally we would have someone very flexible but able to be in the Luton office at least one day per week.
