The Role
Our client, a global advisory organisation specialising in negotiation strategy, is seeking an Interim Commercial Product Manager / Advisor to shape and commercialise a new AI-enabled negotiation product. The role will define the product roadmap, protect and leverage core IP, and develop a clear go-to-market approach as the business prepares for a future exit.
Key Responsibilities

Develop the commercial proposition, including business case, ROI and market positioning.

Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for an AI negotiation product.

Advise on product structure, governance and IP protection.

Scope features, prioritise use cases and build the product roadmap.

Engage with clients to validate needs and shape the proposition.

Provide sales enablement support, including narratives and playbooks.
Qualifications & Experience
-
Proven product management or commercial advisory experience (AI, tech-enabled services or SaaS desirable).

Strong understanding of AI product development, governance and data/IP commercialisation.

Ability to build business cases and communicate clearly with senior stakeholders.

Client-facing consulting experience.

Experience supporting go-to-market and sales enablement activities.

Track record of delivering in interim or transformation role
