The Role

Our client, a global advisory organisation specialising in negotiation strategy, is seeking an Interim Commercial Product Manager / Advisor to shape and commercialise a new AI-enabled negotiation product. The role will define the product roadmap, protect and leverage core IP, and develop a clear go-to-market approach as the business prepares for a future exit.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop the commercial proposition, including business case, ROI and market positioning.

  • Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for an AI negotiation product.

  • Advise on product structure, governance and IP protection.

  • Scope features, prioritise use cases and build the product roadmap.

  • Engage with clients to validate needs and shape the proposition.

  • Provide sales enablement support, including narratives and playbooks.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven product management or commercial advisory experience (AI, tech-enabled services or SaaS desirable).

  • Strong understanding of AI product development, governance and data/IP commercialisation.

  • Ability to build business cases and communicate clearly with senior stakeholders.

  • Client-facing consulting experience.

  • Experience supporting go-to-market and sales enablement activities.

  • Track record of delivering in interim or transformation role
