Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver a UK sales and growth strategy aligned to business goals.

  • Manage the full sales cycle: market segmentation, prospecting, proposals, negotiation and closing.

  • Build and maintain senior client and partner relationships; lead on major contract negotiations.

  • Recruit, develop and inspire a high-performing sales team.

  • Establish clear sales targets, forecasts and KPIs; ensure robust pipeline management.

  • Collaborate with marketing to drive lead generation and market positioning.

  • Contribute as part of the UK leadership team, supporting overall business strategy and culture.

  • Proven track record in senior sales or commercial leadership within professional services.

  • Strong B2B consultative selling expertise with retail sector exposure.

  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and scaling business operations.

  • Experienced in managing, coaching and motivating high-performing teams.

  • Commercially astute, data-driven and strategic thinker with strong negotiation skills.
