Position Overview: Transitional IT Manager
As the Transitional IT Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful integration of the local IS system into the Group IS System. Your primary focus will be to master the local information system, manage existing teams, and ensure a seamless integration into the Group IS System.
Key Responsibilities
? Comprehensive Understanding: Gain a comprehensive understanding of the local information system, including hardware, software, applications, and databases.
? Integration Strategies: Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the local system and develop strategies for integration.
? Team Management: Lead and manage the existing IT teams, ensuring alignment with integration plans.
? Collaboration with Stakeholders: Collaborate with key stakeholders to define integration goals, objectives, and timelines.
? Progress Monitoring: Monitor the integration progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
? Training Programs: Develop training materials to ensure a smooth transition for end-users.
Key Qualifications
? Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
? Experience: Proven experience in IT transition management or similar roles, preferably in mergers and acquisitions.
? Tech Expertise: In-depth knowledge of information systems, IT infrastructure, and software applications.
? Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
? Effective Communicator: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Analytical Mindset: Ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and make informed decisions.
? Team Management Experience: Experience in managing and mentoring IT teams.
Working Details
Planned Start Date: As soon as possible
Expected Duration: 6 to 9 months, with extension possibility
Remote Working: Possibly, up to 2 days a week
