?We are looking for several energetic Trustees to add additional skill sets to our Board.

One key appointment is that of Treasurer and chair of our Finance Subcommittee to work closely with our CEO and Finance Manager and oversee financial matters of the charity. We are seeking a financially qualified trustee with experience of working or volunteering in the charity sector to take this role.

We are also seeking trustees with skills and experiences in business development & income generation, marketing / PR, youth participation and youth work, legal & governance, but are also keen to find out more about alternative skills and experiences candidates have to offer. Prior Board experience is welcome but not required. In particular, we are interested in hearing from people either living or working in the London Borough of Camden, although this is not an essential requirement.

The Board meets 6 times per year, including one strategy planning evening, and we ask all trustees to join one subcommittee which meets between Board meetings. All meetings taking place in the evening, lasting between 1.5 and 2 hours with a mix of face-to-face and online.
