A fantastic gathering of friends as Russam celebrates 40 years in business at the RSA. An evening of great people, conversations, and fun! I haven’t seen so many people in one room for nearly three years, and it was an honour to pay respect to our founder Charles Russam and many other past and current work chums.

We were the first and remaining leaders in the interim management world; and have diversified into a number of other areas such as executive search and, of course, Trustees Unlimited, Step-on-Board businesses and WIL Group (our global interim management group).
