Russam, nearly 40 years ago, was the first to promote the concept of Interim Management in the UK; helping organisations to survive and thrive through providing very fast access to experts in their fields. Individuals, typically over-qualified, that could perform at the highest levels and deliver change.

We now have a talent pool of 38,000 and many more globally via our international Worldwide Interim Group (WIL), and the use of Interims is now mainstream.

I am Jason Atkinson MD and Head of our Interim Practice and delighted to have the opportunity to talk to one of my GO TO Interim Executives for business transformation, Adam Hembury.  He has 10 high profile and successful transformation assignments since leaving a consulting career – PA in 2006. He is very much a c-suite director focussing on business, tech and operational transformation with innovation at the core.

Currently working on a PE backed carve out from KMPG, newly named Interpath Advisory, Adam is handling all of the tech side of things and creating a standalone tech capability. I met him back in 2009 when he was leading the split of the Northern Rock Bank.
