In the past two years, we’ve witnessed a significant 13% increase in the utilization of Interim Managers. This surge is attributed to the appeal of flexibility and resilience offered by this resource option.

Germany is leading the way with an impressive 91% average utilisation, while the UK exceeds the average at 69% (with the average being 65%, measured as the proportion of billed days to the total number of working days throughout the year).
