The framework provides public sector organisations with a compliant route to access HR and recruitment services.

As a supplier to ESPO, Russam GMS provides recruitment services including executive search, Executive interim management and senior leadership recruitment under the framework.

The framework enables public sector organisations to access recruitment and HR services through an established procurement route designed to support compliant sourcing requirements.
