We are thrilled to announce that Russam’s Tracey Harrison is supporting the Government of Barbados.  Tracey was responsible for both winning the contract and being placed as an interim to support with the scoping of an important strand of the country’s transformational change programme.  This all came about because, coincidently, during a discussion on joining Russam, Tracey was asked, ‘when can you start?’.  She mentioned to our Managing Directors that she could do so after her holiday in Barbados.  This was jumped on, and they asked if she might be prepared to meet with some potential client contacts whilst in the country. The answer was, of course, ‘yes, why not?’.  

Well-versed as an internationally experienced transformation lead, we believe Tracey is perfect for the role.  We are all envious that Tracey gets to enjoy the Bajan weather as she works with the team shaping this critical project. To learn more about Tracey
