We are delighted to announce our next HR Roundtable. Lauren Seager-Smith, the CEO of Kidscape, will be our guest speaker.  Kidscape has been doing some work with corporates, helping them understand and put workplace bullying strategies into place. The issue is extensive and complex. HR planning needs to include understanding the issues and knowing how to help members of the workforce who perhaps carry the trauma of bullying into the workplace.
